The last pic I'm uploading of Ryannktsu's plush. I put a lot of work into this x.x Almost all of the details are airbrushed on, from the wave-pattern down the back to the gradient on the wings to the stripes on the legs to the zig-zag on the backs of the ears. Ryannktsu (c) herself.

A plushie commission for the dragoness Ryannktsu. This was a heck of a challenge I must say, since she has very complicated markings. I made the whole thing out of velour, and the underside of the wings and all the red markings are airbrushed on. The spines, teeth, claws, and horns are satin, and even though it's hard to tell the horns are actually cream colored while the teeth, spines, and claws are white. I managed to overcome the natural want of the velour to twist the body mostly, but it still kind of wants to twist up a bit. The belly scutes were hand-sewn on, and the wings are actually one solid piece that I sewed the wing-arms and fingers into before stuffing. This plush took me the longest of any that I've worked on. This is one of the photos I took of the Laguna plushie I sewed. Laguna is a blue fox/golden jackal with blue fox coloring. The pattern is obviously a bit different from my usual plushies beforehand, proving I can indeed sew stuff other than dragons. I wish I had photos of my hippocampus that I sewed back in '05 :[ This is made from fur fleece again, with thick fishing line as the whiskers and pleather for the nose. The eyes are indeed two different colors, blue and green. Laguna is (c) himself.

Caedere Plush 1 by Kategod

I did a commission for Yiffyraptor of their character Caedere, an anthro dragoness. All the stripes are hand-sewn in. I tried to kind of stick with a teddy-bear build as I made her... she's 'anatomically correct' which was an interesting but kind of fun challenge. Since she's wearing a dress here it doesn't matter for the pics. I'm a little mad at myself for how the neck turned out, but it looks good otherwise. The dress I sewed up as an extra from some material I used to sew myself a RL dress. Caedere (c) Yiffyraptor.

Darkk Dragon Plush by Kategod

This is the first commission I did as far as these plushies of mine go, for Darkk the dragon. I really liked how this turned out, since the ears are fins and the cheek-spines turned out well. The underbelly has scutes sewn in, this is the first time I did that. The whole thing is made out of fur fleece, with brown velour for the horns, claws, and spines. Kanekalon hair (the stuff most people get when they get weaves done). I wish I had gotten some better photos before I sent this off, but my camera back then was not the best in the world. Scaly Vinyl Dragon by Kategod

This is the third plush I did, around the same time as the Velour Dragon plush. Also made to see if anyone wanted her at FC '06. I found that this material, which is a scaly vinyl actually meant for halloween costumes or something, is very difficult to sew by hand. It still turned out pretty neat... I ran out of normal polyester stuffing, so she's stuffed with feather down from an old pillow of mine. I should do that more often if I can, because it makes the plush feel really, really neat. Her hair is some longer, curly 'poodle' fur fleece. She will be owned by A gentleman named Chris K., who has commissioned me for a very large vinyl plush dragon that I am currently working on.

Velour Dragon by Kategod

This is the second plush I made, roughly in December '05/Jan '06. I made it to bring to FC '06 since I was dumb and thought having a table in the Furry Marketplace would be a good idea. He/She/It ended up getting a new home with Darkk, the owner of another commission in my gallery here. I learned the hard way that velour is a hard material to work with when making stuffed animals, since it has a natural twist in the fabric that's really hard to fight. The hair is some scraps of NFT fur I used for a lion fursuit head previously.

Pyron Plushie by Kategod

This is the first plush I made, back in '05 probably around October. I'm really not happy with how I put Pyron together here anymore, there's so many flaws.. but it still *looks* good. I apologize about the photo quality, this was taken back in '05. Made from fur fleece, T-shirt material for the wings, weird gold spandex for the wings and claws, and two hacked-up halloween wigs for the hair. Pyron the dragoness and plush (c) me.
